A movement for more healthy years.

We believe people can stay healthier for longer when science, data, and clinical insight work together. Evity brings these elements into one system that helps clinicians act earlier and supports patients in staying well.

Our work is guided by a simple vision: more healthy years for all.

A life’s work, brought to scale.

Evity was founded by Dr. Larry Brilliant, the physician and epidemiologist who helped eradicate smallpox. His career has been guided by a single belief: when knowledge is organized for the benefit of humanity, health can change at a global scale.

Despite extraordinary advances in medicine, Dr. Brilliant saw a widening gap between what science knows and what patients receive. Longevity research was growing, yet most people never felt its impact. Clinical education lagged behind discovery, and data remained locked in silos.

Evity emerged from the idea that this gap could be closed. Dr. Brilliant brought together clinicians, scientists, technologists, and educators who shared a commitment to equitable, evidence-based prevention. Together, they built a platform that turns the science of healthspan into something every clinician can use and every patient can understand.

The principles that move us forward.

Equity First
Healthy years should belong to everyone. Equity is where our work begins, not where it ends.
Earned Trust
Science earns confidence through clear reasoning, sound evidence, and honest intent.
Human-Centered Technology
Technology should simplify care and decision-making, offering clarity and confidence rather than complexity.
Responsible Learning
Staying current with discovery is a responsibility to the clinicians and patients we serve.

Above all, we believe that stewarding health is a moral task. Every data point, every decision, and every insight reflects the integrity we bring to our work.

This is the standard we hold as we build a future where more healthy years are possible for all.
